Shipping Methods
Most items in the shop are ready to ship. Ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation unless we inform you ahead of time. Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
Please be sure that the shipping address on your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that have not been updated or are otherwise incorrect, so please verify this information before completing your purchase.
Items under $250 shipped within the US may be shipped USPS priority mail (2-4 business days) with delivery confirmation. Items over $250 shipped within the US are shipped for Next Day delivery only.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but hope to add this option in the future.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt at your cost. We must receive the item in the same condition it was shipped. This means new and unused. Please contact us first for instructions on how and where to ship the item being returned. Refunds, minus shipping expenses will be issued upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, does not arrive at all, or has a defect, please contact us.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will do everything possible to make sure the problem is resolved and you are happy with your purchase.
